COVID-19 Communications
LFFA Office Closure Effective March 19, 2020
In light of recent decisions by the Federal and Provincial Governments, including having their employees work from home, all LFFA employees will do the same for the foreseeable future. Our office will be closed indefinitely until it appears reasonable to return. We respect the safety and health of our employees, the colleagues they interact with regularly and the general public. Our focus will be to maintain our operations understanding that there will be the odd challenge as we transition from our usual interactive in person business to remote engagements. The LFFA family thanks you for understanding as we do our part to minimize the growth of this virus.
Lower Fraser Fisheries Alliance Forums and functions
Due to the recent government directives regarding large gatherings and social distancing, we will not be hosting in person Lower Fraser Fisheries Forums or functions. These sessions will either be maintained as GoToMeeting (webinar) and teleconference sessions or postponed. Please monitor your calendar appointments and expect these to be updated with relevant information in the very near future. Please employ patience as our staff work through the logistics and transition to virtual meetings and note that you may experience some access challenges due to the increased use of technology during this time.
We wish everyone good health, safety and wellness during this time and optimistically look forward to resuming normal business operations in the future.
